The 398 apartment type accommodations are for low and moderate-income seniors who are functionally independent with or without the assistance of existing community-based services.

Residency Requirement

Applicants must have lived in the Lethbridge catchment area for at least 6 months prior to applying (the catchment area is defined as the area from the BC Border east to Taber, and the US Border north to Claresholm) or have lived within the Lethbridge catchment area for any previous ten years of their life. These requirements may be waived if the applicant is moving to Lethbridge in order to have access to better health and or safety supports.
