S.M.H. - St. Michael's Health Centre - Phone: 382-6400 - Fax: 382-6413 SERVICES PROVIDED: Provides continuing care for people who are no longer able to perform the activities of daily living and require 24-hour care. Services are for persons with chronic disabilities and terminal illness.
